Good afternoon,
My internet drops daily around 5-8 times, every drop lasts for around 3-5 minutes. Router doesn´t need to be restarted in order to fix it. Router lights stay white and nothing goes red. Both cable and wifi go down once it happens. I tried to get help with the chat bot but nothing is fixed.
