DSL Installation

Hello Team,

I took Vodafone DSL connection three weeks ago and the DSL installation is still not done.

I have checked the self installation process but unfortunately my appartment doesnt have the 3 pin socket as given in the installation. moreover the package did not have the Multimedia Adapter. Attaching the socket photo for your reference. Could you please help me in resolving this issue ASAP as this is having impact on my work.
