Hello Vodafone team,
In december 2020 I have asked to switch my Unitymedia plan "2play COMFORT 120" to Vodafone plan "Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable". The switch took place on 11.01.2021 but since then I am charged with full amount for "Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable" which is 39,99 EUR, whereas I should get a discount for the first 6 months and be charged with only 19,99 EUR via a special credit which was supposed to be put on my account. Why I am missing the credit and being charged for the full amount?

What does your order confirmation say? The price you reported sounds like a new customer price, which you are not as our existing customer.
