Hi @ALL,
I am new to Germany and I have booked a Vodafone Cable internet for home use. I got the device and configured it very quickly without any hassle. But in the contract documents supplied along with the connection, my name is entered incorrect. My surname is lengthy and it got clipped at certian characters.
I wanted to correct it and contacted the vodafone customer care many times. Since I cannot understand the German language, I requested them a callback from an English speeking customer care agent. Nothing happened so far. I tried to contact them via Whatsapp and other phone numbers. None of them were attending English speaking customers. So I am not able to get an answer to my questions.
Now, I would like to know:
1) How can I correct the name in the Contract?
2) Where can I find an English speaking customer support officer (Website, chat or Phone).
Also, I would like to know how can I avail the Wifi range extender from Vodafone. Whom should I contact to get one?
Any helps will be grately appreicated.
