Hi , recently I ordered my cable wi fi , but afterwards I had to cancel the contract (in the first 2 weeks) , but now I will like to keep it, I called the number I was given in the 
'Kündigungsbestätigung' email i received , but no one is speaking english... how can I reach someone that speaks english bcs I would like to keep my contract! Thanks
