I would like to terminate my Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable service (Vertragsnummer: * ) because I am moving out from this apartment and I do not need the service anymore. I would like to terminte the service starting from 1st of November 2021.
Can you please help?

Please report your move to the moving service. If the connection can be continued at the new place of residence, it will move with it. It does not matter whether you still need the connection or not, you have concluded a contract with a minimum contract period of 24 months that must be fulfilled.
If the connection cannot be continued, it will be terminated according to §46 TKG with a period of 3 months.

And just to be precise: The 3 months notice period in case of non-availability starts the earliest by the day of your move but in any case not before your movement notice has been received by Vodafone.
So if you notice Vodafone now -AND- the contract cannot be fullfilled as agreed upon at your new address, your contract will run another 3 months from the day of your move (meaning you'll have to pay for November, December and January).

@reneromann Hier hat sich zumindest bei Vodafone Kabel Deutschland Kunden etwas geändert:
"Bis 12.07.21 zählte das Umzugsdatum oder das Meldedatum zur Berechnung. Je nachdem, was später erfolgte. Neu ist jetzt, dass der Meldetag für die 3 Monate herangezogen wird. Heißt also, ist der Umzug größer 3 Monate in Zukunft, wird zum Umzugstag beendet. Bei weniger als 3 Monaten zählt für die Berechnung der Meldetag, unabhängig vom Umzugsdatum. Es hat sich also in soweit verändert, dass bei rechtzeitiger Meldung die Frist so legen lässt, dass es zu keiner Zahlung nach dem Umzug kommt."

The variant mentioned by @Díaz_de_Vivar only applies if you have your connection in the area of VFD / ex-KDG. In the case of VFW / ex-UM, 3 months to the end of the month from the re-registration date stated on the re-registration certificate continue to apply.
In both cases, however, the following applies: if the contract is available at the new place of residence, it will move with you.
