Hello
I have already terminated my contract with Vodafone and I moved out of Germany last February but Vodafone has kept on charging me. I know that I have to keep paying for the services for 3 months after the contract termination but that should have ended last month. And now, just today, I have been charged another 64.96 euros. It says in the description there that I can find the Rechnung online on my Meinkabel account but there's literally nothing there when I checked. Furthermore, I can't even see anything under my contracts... I can only see the Kündigung that I finalized in February.
How can this be solved? I do not want to keep paying for services that I'm not even able to use. It says that my Kundennummer is ***

Hello KevKilp,
your cable contracts ended at the beginning of March 2021. The last bill is dated 11.03.2021. I cannot find any bill or debit for the cable contracts for 64.96 euros.
You also have mobile telephony, is the bill possibly for that?

There is no special termination for a mobile phone contract due to relocation according to TKG §46, which is regularly terminated at the end of the term, as it can also be used abroad. Until then, he has to continue to be paid.

With whom can I check if I still have a mobile contract? I just got charged another 43 euros today... I do not understand why is this happening. I personally checked if all the contracts are about to end before I left Germany but I'm still paying more than 100 euros monthly, even though I was told that I do not have ANY active contracts after March 4th....
