Hello!
I am moving to another apartment this month and there is no Vodafone cable available there, so I would need a cancelation of contract from you guys, please. Does it happen immediately or there is a waiting period?

these agents r well trained in cable- and dsl-systems.
most of them r also able 2 speak english
