Dear sir/madam,
I cancelled the contract by written letter within 14 days after receiving device. The contract was cancelled due to missing kable connection within the building. Unfortunatelly, the building owner is not willing to fix it.
Untill today I didn't receive any confirmation and information where to return the device. Could you kindly verify?

the contract is cancelled, the hardware is back. Everything is fine.
There are no further costs for you regarding the cable contract.
