I have Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable. I now pay 39.99 per month and the contract ends in April 2021. Can I renew the contract for 2 years with the same speed or maybe if possible an upgrade to faster speed?
Also, is it possible to just have the connection for just Internet since I don't use Phone, and that would reduce the monthly bill cost?

you have to select cable (Kabel), not DSL. Then the code should work. Please test it out and give me feedback.

I havent reached out on the cancellation confirmation since I don't want to cancel.
I looked up on the Customer Portal and I don't see any offers there - Unsere Angebote für Dich
Also, I see that my contract is listed as expired. Can't I renew it now?

are you also in the portal with the correct customer number? You have had 2 customer numbers, of which only one is still active. I suspect you are using the wrong customer number for the customer portal. Please send me an e-mail address from you via private message. I will send you an activation code for the correct customer number. Please write a short message here in the post, when you have sent the PM.

I have received the code o the email, but when I try to add the contract, the screen asks for Online Registration Code which not of the same format as you have sent me.
