Hi Team,
I would like to request to cancel my contract from today by the end of Aug 2021. As I am moving to my new apartment and there is no service from Vodaphone.
Please let me know how to proceed.

First of all, you have to notice Vodafone of your move - this is NOT done in this forum as this is only a customers-help-customers forum. Therefor you may need to do this in German language as German is sole contractual language.
Once Vodafone receives your relocation request, they'll check if they can provide services at your new address or not - if Vodafone cannot provide the contractually agreed upon services, your contract will be cancelled with a 3 months notice period starting by the day your notice is received, but not starting before the day of your relocation.
So in case you move in August, you'll have to pay the base fees for September, October and November - which is in accordance to the German telecommunications law.

Hello nitashamohapatr,
you simply use our moving service. You inform us of your new address and we will check it. If we can no longer provide you with service, your contract will be terminated with 3 months' notice in accordance with the Telecommunications Act.

Thanks for the information, I checked with the Move in option, but it seems Vodafone doesn't provide the same plan what I am using currently, so unfortunately I have to terminate my contract. But I am struggling to do so. Could you please process my Contract termination?

Hi nitashamohapatr,
I admit it's not entirely self explanatory, especially for foreign speakers.
If DSL is available at the new address, you'll find a button "Zum Angebot". Please click that button and it will shows you the possible DSL-tariffs.
Please scroll down this page to "Weiter zur Umzugsmeldung". That's the last step and after reporting your move, there's nothing more you have to do. A few days later, you'll get a confirmation that the contract will be cancelled.

Thanks for responding,
I provided my new address on "Umzugsservice" Page and it did not show any Vodafone Kabel service on my new address, Only DSL service is available which I am not interested in, and wanted to cancel my contract. Please let me know how can I cancel my contract in this special condition as soon as possible.
