About shipping price

Dear Authority,

I have made a 24-month contract to cable internet package of 1000 mbit/s. It was written on your website that there would be no opening fee and shipping fee, but on the information paper that came out of the envelope sent to me, it was written that there would be a shipping fee is 9,99 €.

Could you please give information about this subject?

Look at the 3rd line in your picture, there is listed that you get a credit of the same amount to balance the listed shipping cost.
