Relocation with changing from DSL to Glasfaser

Hi, I am moving soon within my city and the new address has the posibility of using glasfaser connection. I already requested a move with my contract. I checked during this process that if in the new address there are glasfaser connection possible, I could request the change from DSL to glasfaser for free after. I tried to do this but without luck. Would you mind instructing me with the exact process of how to accomplish this. Thank you.

They can help you switch to fiber optics.
