Hello,
I am writing to express my growing concern regarding the delay in the installation of my service. I signed up over a week ago, and I have yet to receive a confirmed installation date.
According to the information provided on "Mein Vodafone," my order is still in technical processing, with the note stating: "The order is currently in technical processing, we may be waiting for feedback from suppliers."
This delay is causing significant inconvenience, and I believe a week without a concrete update is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect better communication and a prompt resolution to this matter. Having lived in various countries, I have never experienced such delays with internet service installations, which are usually completed within a day or two.
Could you please prioritize my case and provide a firm installation date without further delay? Your swift attention to this issue is highly appreciated.
