Gigabox refund

I recetly cancelled mya Gigabox contract that I did not ask for and then returned the box via DHL and would like to know when I will be refunded the €59.10 that was taken from my account without my permission, and then the further €10.06 charge I recieved even though I hadn’t even used to the TV box.

Can someone let me know as soon as possible please.

First Question: Did you sign or in any other way opt for the GigaTV contract?

Second question: Did you exactly do what was written in the withdrawal form - and did you withdraw within the 14 days period?

Just to be precise - in case you signed or opted for the contract and did NOT withdraw within the 14 days timeframe, your contract will run until the end of the minimum term (usually 2 years). The contract is NOT ended by simply sending the box back - you have to explicitly withdraw in time!

In case you did not withdraw in time -or there is no right to withdraw at all (in case you signed the contract in a Vodafone shop), you are bound to the contract - which means that you'll have to pay until the end of the contractual term even though you may have sent back the box. In that case, it is still possible that Vodafone sends you another box (obviously at your expenses - as you sent the box back before your contract ended).
