Wrong Invoice

Hi Vodafone team 

I have been charged wrongly on Dec 1 . I was told during purchase if I return the gigacube device within 30 days you will charge 1 euro . 

But I have been Charged these much . please refund the amount which is unnecessarily charged . 

31.10.2022 - 59,99 Rechnung number - ***

01.12.2022 - 69,15 Rechnung Nummer- *** 

Kundennummer- ***

I spoke 3 times in customer care but no one responded well
