Hello
I took a new contract (250Mbps) 3 weeks ago. and since day 1 I keep getting ~150Mbps. Upload is also not according to contract. 8Mbps instead of 25Mbps. Wifi6 router from vodafone is in bridge mode. My Unifi UDM is connected with the vodafone modem/router. I did the speed test from my UDM and also from a desktop wired to router. Both cases i see same results.
When i make speedtest from vodafone, i get following results.

That looks good. Is the upload only via the UDM router so low or even if the PC is directly on our modem?

pc is linked with my fritzbox (-cable) via wifi-5 (ac). No other router in between (e.g. bridge mode).
The windows onboard measurement using the task manager is suitable as well for correct measurments. The browser (website design) is the restiction for good measurement.
Quite accurate results can be obtained with the task manager and downloading a larger file like from https://speed.hetzner.de/
or better https://www.speedtestx.de/
If you want to check more frequently i recomend using the app from speedtest.net because you have a chance to choose servers nearby, you'll find a history log and you avoid the the data myust pass the browser's brain ![]()

i guess you are asking me.
Nevertheless, I also got low upload speed from a laptop directly connected to Vodafone modem.
I did try with speedtest app, results were the same for me.

suprisingly because i have tried different browsers and stopped Antivirus/firewall suite ... no chance to see 1GB that way. With the online speedtest from Telekom the results are higher and more reproducible than with that one from VF - why ever.
Comparable situation when doing the speedtest on my mobil (android) using once the broweser and speedtest-app.

does the upload speed look like that all the time with our router via ethernet? I would like to have a look at your connection.
