Hi there,
I have just received an email from Vodafone requesting the return of my router. In the email it says the following:
"If we do not get the device(s) back within 14 days of the end of the contract, you will pay the amount according to the price list on vodafone.de/agb."
I have made multiple complaints about the internet over the past couple of months, but I have not received any news about this, so I'm not certain what the expectation is here. Is this an error? Or is my contract coming to an end?

Still no reply.
In addition to this strange request, I have just received the following email.
I can really do with an explanation with what's going on. I havn't agreed to anything, why is vodafone demanding my router back? What new tariff am I on?
