Hello, I am using Vodafone 1000 mbps internet from 14 August 2022. From the day one the internet speed is very slow and the technician came and changed the cable. But still I am facing the same problem. I cannot open my bank app also. When calling in whatsapp it is reconnecting everytime. But when I am using my mobile network this problem is not there.

I am very sorry that your internet is so slow. Is the LAN and WLAN affected? Please do a LAN-Speedtest and send a screenshot. Have you also tried a reset or WLAN optimisation?
