Hello,
I am a new client to your company and recently I've made an online order for DSL internet only. Everything went alright after doing the online course and I've only received one email with the Auftragsnummer and 2 attachments, one with the contract order and the other is Widerrufsbelehrung. The order was made on 10.07.2022 and after that I haven't received any other instructions via email about the device when it will be delivered. When I click the link from my email to check the orders progress, it's stuck on the cart phase and under it says "A1". On top of this, this morning I've received an SMS that the company that doing the moutage and network installation will make an appointment any time soon and I don't have the device yet to begin with.
Please one of the community staff, help me solve this issue as soon as possible!

If you've ordered internet via dsl normally you book your preferred date with the telekom technician.
An note that the company will contact you to make the installation is more likely for internet via cable or fibre.
Is it possible that you've chosen internet via cable? Whats the excact name of the tariff / router?
In case "self install" is not possible for a cable connection (since the multimediaoutlet needs to be changed) the technician setting everything up will bring your modem/router personally.
If its internet via dsl , we'll send the router roughly a week before the appointment with the telecom technician.
