Hi,
I have moved to Germany and order vodafone internet cabel connection.
I received my cabel router from DHL on Saturday 12 February 2022. I set up the vodafone station as mentioned, but my internet light is still flashing red. Even I tried the toubleshooting method given by vodafone but it didn't help. Tried calling hotline number but all in German so didn't succeed even there.
Somehow after few days I was able to get in contact with somebody who can speak English over the helpline. He filed a complaint for me and I received an appointment for 22 February 2022, but before my appointment I received an email that my contract is cancelled.
Can someone here please help me with what is going on? How can my contract get cancel automatically?
How can I get my internet working?
I am here in my apartment with home office, and without internet I am having a lot of troubles with my office work as well.

is the connection running in the meantime? Which German state do you come from?
