My new internet connection is not Activated

Hello,

I purchased new internet connection - Vodafone Kabel. But, it is not activated even after 3 days. I called up the customer care today 01.08.2023 - I was told that it will be activated in 2hrs but even after 3hrs it is not activated. How long will it take to activate the connection?

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via Facebook or Twitter.
