The connection to my router keeps being distrupted. I have talked to an Agent at one of the Vodafone shops, who claimed that the problem is with the software and that the new router-- FritzBox 6660 should fix it. He gave me a phone number to contact, but with my lacking German skills I have found it impossible to order the new router through the phone. Is there any other way to request a replacement of my old router?

Are your devices connected to the Fritzbox via LAN or W-LAN and have you reset them to factory settings?

what did you send? That you went to a shop and were told to change to another FritzBox because the current one was too old?
That's nonsense and the current box gets updates but only when it is released by us. Therefore, there is a time difference in the updates.
I see the last failure a week ago. Since then everything has been fine?
