Hello, I'm writing here after spending more than one hour unsuccessfully trying to speak with an English speaking agent.
The problem is that the multimedia adapter I received doesn't fit any of my home sockets (please see attachment). How can I sort this out? I'm really lost & frustrated so I'd appreciate any help.
