Can't access my home network from outside

1. I set up Dynamic DNS service(NoIP) in router interface

2. I made proper port forwarding, lets say 1234

3. I can not ping my computer from outside internet

4. I can not access HTTP server from outside internet either

I think FritzBox needs more than just port forwarding to allow access from outside network. Do I need to disable some hidden firewall somewhere?

I was also able to get global IPv6 address, by ifconfig

XXXX.... prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x0<global>

But I also get the result below;
ping6 ipv6.google.com
ping6: connect: Network is unreachable

How is it possible that I get global IPv6 address but I can not ping IPv6. I have activated IPv6 settings in FritzBox 6660 interface too.
