Cable coverage

Hi, I am trying to set up an internet cable connection in my apartment. The forment tenant had Vodafone cable and when I try to open the contract the website returns that my address is not covered by vodafone cable and it´s not possible, How could that be?

Are you really sure, that Vodafone is the cable provider at this address? Usually the availability check is reliable in such things.
