CGA4233DE Massive Internetprobleme

Hey 🙂

ich habs lange hingenommen, aber leider sind die Abstürze und Neustarts mittlerweile ca. alle Stunde und ich weiß nicht mehr weiter. Arbeiten im Homeoffice leider sehr schwierig damit. Der Router hat diese Probleme immer mal wieder, aber dann gehts für einige Wochen auch wieder. LAN & WLAN fallen für einige Minuten aus, die LED blinkt Rot. Dann gehts wieder für ein paar Sekunden, dann wieder Verbindungsabbruch. Ich habe seit einem halben Jahr das 1000mBit Paket, wo eigentlich dabei stand dass ich einen passenden NEUEN Router geschickt bekomme mit Wifi6. Dies ist aber nie geschehen 😕 Ich habe immernoch den Router von 2019, CGA4233DE, Firmware: 3.2.47-IMS-KDG

Ich telefonierte auch schon mit dem Kundenservice, die Dame meinte aber, dass es ein temporäres Problem wäre und sie da nichts machen kann. Sie hat das Problem aber irgendwie nicht verstanden. Ich hoffe hier kann mir jemand helfen.
