could you please help me

all lights are device are blinking white since morning, i called to help but they told be that they are only allowed to help german speakers.

I tried on Facebook but still same. First they told me they can't speak English then they started to talked and asked me all the details and till now no response 

i am still waiting but they are not sharing any status

i didn't receive any response from Facebook 

they just took my details and disappeared

What is the procedure to terminate the service? As it is the wrost internet provider service i ever use and i don't wanna continue with them any more
