Activation problems

Hello,

I'm installing our WiFi 6 Router with new Vodafone CableMax 1000 contract and internet light is blinking red. I checked all cables, unplugged and plugged them back and still have a blink red light.

My German is not good yet so calling the support line was a challenge and couldn't get past the beginning prompts.
