I am looking for how to get a new MIC. The one in my welcome letter fails authentication. The website does not list any types of installation codes in step one when I attempt to request a MIC.

What other options do I have?

Hey wimz,

once you've added the contract in "Mein Vodafone" you could request a new MIC yourself.
But sadly this page is only in german.

Please send me a private message with your dsl customernumber & password.
I'll sent you a new mic.
