sicherheitspaket wurde nicht bestellt

Hallo,

Today I got an email from Vodafone with the billing document. It states that i must pay 5,36€ for the sicherheitspaket. I never ordered it! How can I cancel it and why Vodafone activated it without my permission? It is very unfair and unacceptable!
