Worst Vodafone service

I updated my Vodafone service 16 MBPS to 100MBPS. Still that day onwards I don't have internet. Last 1.5 months onwards I'm trying to contact Vodafone. There is no response from Vodafone side. Worst service, I have never seen before this type of service.

Hey Singamsetti,
I'm sorry to hear that your landline is not working yet.

There is no dedicated english speaking hotline, but most agents should be able to handle a call.
Its highly unlikely that you don't get any kind of response from us.

If your landline is not working, normally once you've contacted us you'll get an incident ticket via sms.

Was the technician in your appartment on the day the landline was activated?
Whats the concrete errror / issue ?
How are the router led's glowing/blinking?
Do you get any kind of error message once you try to setup the router with the modeminstallationcode?
