I have waited for more than 52 minutes on the phone waiting for customer service. This company does not care about its customers one they lock you into their 2 year contract.
My contract was extended for last July. I want to cancel it NOW!
You should also dial the correct number so that you can reach Vodafone: 0800/1721212. The number you have dialed is only for WhatsApp, the customer service cannot be reached via this number.
