Hello,

I am sorry that I cannot communicate in German well, so I write in English.

I called the Vodafone hotline to cancel my contract twice, but in both of them, the call center person hanged up on me. That is why I am writing here.

We live in Germany under the Nato-Truppenstatut. We got a new military order and moving to Japan. So, I need to cancel my contract. Can we get some help, please?

Unfortunately, you cannot terminate your contract over the phone. You have to do this in writing using the contact form in MeinVodafone or as a letter. What kind of tariff (exact tariff name) do you use and in which state?
