I'm sorry to hear that you've decided to cancle your contract.
Did you get a cancellation confirmation?
Depending on the runtime of the contract, it may take up to 2 years till the regular cancellation date.
An early cancellation is only possible , if we cannot deliver the same quality of service at your new adress.

2 years??? I moved to another country, I am no longer using the service. I've tried contacting Vodafone and the TOBI thing is useless, I want it cancelled.

If you leave germany , we can cancle the dsl contract early.
Please send me a private message with your dsl-customernumber & customerpassword.

I see that you are talking about a cable contract instead of a DSL contract.

unfortunately, I can't find anything with the data you sent. We do not supply the address with Internet via cable.
