Hello,
The router was returned to Vodafone as I was not in Munich for the past two weeks and I do not speak german so I could not contact customer service. I need the router to be redelivered. Order number: ARC69XXXXX
The technician appointment is today. I do not know if connection can be established without the router or not.

the technican can activate your landline , without you having a modem.
Please send me a private message with your dsl customernumber/password.
Therefore click on my name/avatar -> then the big red button on the right side "Sende eine Nachricht"
I'll take care of the new shipping of the router.

I did not get any update so far regarding router delivery. Can I pick it up from somewhere or is there any alternative solution? I need the router ASAP.

The router has been ordered.
The vodafone shops don't have dsl routers in stock , they are only sent from our central logistic department.
