New dsl connection

Hi, I've requested a new dsl connection via check24 more than 3 weeks ago, still on processing. 

I have received vodafone message that they will come tomorrow but they never confirmed, the status is still pending and I dont know who to contact as I dont speak German. 

Why is it so complicated????

I’m not cancelling because I can’t speak German but because I am waiting since 3 weeks now and still no answer from Vodafone on the connection. I’ve requested the appointment for feb 28th and no one confirmed or showed up. This for me is very bad service. And your answer it is not helping as I’m a customer who provided all my data and do deserve an answer which no one is able to give. After spending the whole day with assistance the only answer I got is that they are “checking” and they will let me know. When it is not a clue. I use internet for work not for playing games and this so far is not going well.

If you are required to accept / verify these appointments or select it on your own and you didn't, nobody will show up.

And as I said - if you are unable to understand what is required from you, get yourself a translator on your own expenses!
