Missing cancellation confirmation

Hey,

 

I've recently canceled my DSL contract as I've moved abroad. I canceled in-store Tuesday last week and was told they'd send the cancelation confirmation within a few days to my email address (I haven't got access to my mailbox anymore as I've moved). I still haven't received my cancelation confirmation so I can return the Easybox. How long does this usually take?

I'm sorry that you haven't recieved your confirmation yet. Let me have a look on it. Please send me your customer number and customer password (alternatively name, address and birth date) via private message.
