Hi,
I'm a new customer of the cellular and DSL plan. My modem was installed this week, but I never received the welcome letter with the MIC Number.
I have followed the steps to recover this number usings My Vodafone App but my DSL contract is not showing there.
Please, could you help? Unfortunately I don't speak German to call the hotline.

The welcome letter, which is only sent by email, contains the MIC and the online registration code that you need to add your contract to MeinVodafone.
Or is it a contract for cable internet? There is neither MIC nor online registration code and the cable router is simply connected to the data port of the TV cable socket and then installs itself.
