Good afternoon,

 

last week I decided to stipulate a Vodafone contract (Red Internet 100 DSL). After filing up the whole application, I downloaded the Vodafone-Auftrag. It specifically said that I would get the confirmation on the same day. After one week, I have not received an order confirmation either by post or e-mail yet. Is it normal? What should I do? Thanks for any reply.

I'm sorry that you did not get any update.
How did you book the contract - online via our homepage?

Then u should recieve an immediate confirmation mail with a link that needs to be verified, before the contract gets processed. Did you check your Spam/Junkfolder?
