Hey. I just seen an extra charge of €20 on my invoice from January for "Endgerät". How can that be?

it still depends on if the return of the router was within the 14 days after the cancellation of the rented device.
Mind sending me a private message with your dsl-customernumber/Password?

Hey TheManDK,
this is the one time charge / fee , if we do not recieve a rented router back in time.
I guess that you've cancelled your contract? Then the router is your property now.
In the 20 Euro range its most likely either an easybox 804/904 or a fritzbox 7430/7490.

I moved and you sent me an extra 7430 so I returned the old one and have the new one in use.
So now I paid for a device that I already returned to you.
I just looked through the communication with you can't find any requests for the old router to be returned, I simply did it because I don't have a use for it.

Did you send the Fritz Box to us as a package and enclose the completed return slip in the package?
Then it is possible to track the shipment.

Yes, I returned it using the DHL retoure postage, and according to tracking it has been delivered to you either
