Hello,
I would like to terminte my DSL contract in my room in germany at the end of march month (31/03/2022) since i'm moving out of my room. I have already sent a letter to your office. But i havenot got any reply yet. Unfortunately, I couldnot able to access my online account.. Kindly please terminate my contract.

There's no general right to cancel in case you move.
You can only cancel the contract in case it is not being provided at your new location - if it can be provided at your new location, the contract will move with you (even if there's another internet line available at that new location).
Keep also in mind that you have to provide proof of movement, e.g. a copy of the deregistration letter...
