Hello and I am sorry for posting in English but my German is not good/clear enough for the subject,
I bought the Vodafone Red Internet 250 DSL Plan and a Fritz repeater on Aug 2021 through the website. A couple of days later Vodafone emailed saying that I had not the right connections in my building for the plan I choose.
So I bought a very similar plan in a local Vodafone store as I knew the connections were right and I needed the Internet asap. Unfortunately, Vodafone never refunded me for the online shopping which was not delivered.
Does anyone know if there is an email I could write to request this refund?

Hey LizaR,
if we could not activate the landline , no bill should be produced.
If we charged you for the wlan repeater , it has been most likely sent.
Mind sending me a private message with the customernumber/password from the old contract?
Therefore please click on my name/avatar -> then the big red button on the right side "sende diesem Nutzer eine private Nachricht".
I'll have a closer look into this.
