Rücksendung Hardware

Hi All , I have returned the hardware by my own paying 8 Euros to Vodafone AM Tower 250 on 10th Oct . I got confirmation from DHL that they have delivered the product successfully . Today I got the letter to send the hardware to Vodafone . What should I do ? Please help , I am trying to call customer care but not able to make them understand

even if the receipt is visible at DHL, logistics still needs a few days to process the returns. Currently, there are unfortunately also delays in this regard, please be patient.
