DSL Order Status - ARC***

DSL Internet Order status   ARC***

dear team,

I have placed the order for DSL connection on March 11 and the order number is  ARC***. 

I would like to know the status of this order. I have received the email to choose the installation date and I have selected March 29th as installation date. After this I have not received any confirmation. So I have not received the hardware. 

Can you please help me with the status?

Hey raghavendra,

our system tried to reserve a landline for you (3 times).
But sadly right now there is no free landline.
Most likely the previos tenant still has a contract runtime with his/her old provider.

Our system will try it 2 more times within the next 2 weeks.
If these attempts also get rejected beacause of there is no free landline, the contract will get cancelled.

If we get a free landline, then you'll recieve the welcome letter / router as soon as possible.
