Hi,
My DSL contract ended at 15.03, but I got charged at 26.03 for my contract "vom 18.03.21". I didn't pay and now I get an email from Paigo saying I have a debt for not paying this bill. Why should I pay?

what kind of contract did you have exactly? DSL or cable? What was the exact name of the tariff?

the invoice refers to the previous period. The billing cycle always remains the same.
Send me a private message with the following data please:
-> customer number (starts with 0019)
-> full name
-> full adress
-> date of birth
I'll check the details and let you know the result asap.
