Bill from Paigo after I paid Vodafone

Hello there,

I received an email from Paigo claiming I owe a debt to Vodafone for my DSL contract, I paid the invoice to Vodafone directly on June 2nd, and the hotline operator said I don't need to worry about the bill from Paigo anymore. However, Paigo still sends me emails and a letter for more money. I told them I have completely paid Vodafone, but they just repeated that I haven't paid completely. About 2 weeks ago, they stop sending emails or letters, but the amount of the online invoice is still increasing, could you please check for me whether I still owe Vodafone?

If you just paid the base debt and not any additional costs already involved with debt collection, then these additional costs are still open...

Please note that only Paigo can send you a complete list of all costs already incurred...
