Amount not deducted although invoice is generated

My invoice says amount will be debited on 25.06.2021 but I don't see any debit happened in my bank account details. Can someone help?

no worries. If the debit does not work, we will try again after a few days.

You don't have to take any action yourself until we get back to you.
