Hello,
I got a new dsl contract as part of move service ( new apartment does not have kabel connection like my old apartment) The dsl contract will start from 01 july. The technician will come to activation connection on 02 july.
But i have not received any activation code to activate my router or create the online account. Will the technician bring it, or can it be sent via email ?

UPDATE : I found mail buried in the spam folder with a PDF with information. I was able to activate an online account. But the activation code for router is not working. Even the option to request a new code from online account is also not working.

I am sorry that the activation of the DSL connection does not work.
Please send me a private message with your customer number and the customer password. Then I'll look for the modem installation code for you.
