Hallo,
I am a new customer using DSL connection. I received my moderm and had my installation code.
I was able to connect to Vodafone (The previous tenent also used Vodafone), I received IP addresses. But I was unable to connect to internet. I always received "Benutzername/Passwort falsch! (Fehler 691)" error
I suppose that I need another way to activate my DSL information first. But my Termin is in next 10 days. I have been waiting it for long time.
Could you please suggest me a way to do it by myself?

Hi duyn,
there is no way to unlock the connection before the technician appointment, sorry. The technician will activate the connection on site and only then will the access data be active.
